Project: Sync Division Launch
Role: Creative Sync Manager, Global Licensing

• Ben Cherrill (Benstar) was responsible for establishing a sync division for Distiller Music Group in London
• Handled all worldwide creative licensing for the music group
• Responsible for music supervision, creative music placement and brand partnerships across the recording and publishing catalogue
• Designed and developed the company’s own online music licensing platform including UX/UI and content management system
• Generated $100k worth of sync licensing income for Distiller Music Group within a 12 month period
• Secured multiple sync placements within globally recognised US TV shows including CSI NY and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation for The Ramona Flowers and LOWB (Andy Barlow/Lamb)
• Roster included: The Ramona Flowers, LOWB (Andy Barlow/Lamb), Vangoffey, Sparrow & The Workshop, Funeral For A Friend, Sound Of Guns, The Blackout, Fractures, Jony Rockstar (Sugababes), Simon Byrt (Emiliana Torrini), Andy Burrows (Razorlight), Fortune
• Represented Distiller Music Group on the BPI/UKTI ‘Sync Mission’ to Los Angeles in 2013
